Honda Cars India Ltd. — accident caused due to handbrake misfunction

Dear sir/madam
I had purchased a honda jazz last year from crystal honda pune. Yesterday the car was parked on a slope and the handbrake was up. However, the car still rolled back and smashed 2 motorcycles. Even though i had insurance i was forced to pay a compensation of rs. 15, 000/- to the vehicle owners inspite of facing financial difficulties. The whole incident has been recorded on camera. I have also tried calling customer service but nobody has responded positively to this matter. I would like to have my car checked and fixed and be compensated with this amount immediately.
