I booked my honda city kl 21 l402 on[protected]Today). The driver who was appointed to pick up my vehicle informed me that he will come at 9.30 and didnt came yet and not attending the calls (+[protected]). After i called them at 12.45 they told me that they forgot to come over here and cant pick up the car today and they offer me a charity to be pick up tommorrow.
