Dear sir, I am pandiyan my vehicle number TN22CM 0231, As i left my car in the service center for oil leak complaint on 3rd of JAN 2019 (MAANSAROVAR HONDA SHIV MISHRI KRIPA NO 15 ARCOT ROAD CHENNAI). VISIT ID IWS-DD[protected] There is miscommunication between service advisor and insurance surveyor, As the insurance person not accepting the insurance claim part of the H frame of the vehicle. The reason behind that, insurance person saying that they never inform by the service person at the dismantling time. This reason is already escalated to the honda customer care toll free number on 28th JAN 2019.As the told same compliant will be forwarded to the maanasarovar honda and to do the needful. But till date known one is taken any necessary action against my vehicle. I am suffering without vehicle to travel to my office and home and unable to do marketing for my business As i spoke to the insurance person he told if the service advisor would have informed him before dismantling the parts as he says he would have given her 100% claim. At last the sufferer is the customer who brought the honda vehicle. I would request the honda company to look in to this matter and do the needful to me.
