Hi.. I bought honda amaze car from ring road honda (Iffco chowk, gurgaon) on 29 sept'19. I have also got 2 years extended warranty for my car.. When i asked for the extra warranty letters the sales person first told me that it would take some time and would handover to me in 1 week time.. I was fine with it. After 1 week, when i received the extra warranty letter the start date of warranty shows as 31st july 2019 (How is it possible).. I purchase the car on 29th sep 2019 then the warranty should start from 29th sep and not from 31st july.. No transparency.. I have logged several complaints to the honda company and ring road honda dealer however no permanent solution has been provided on it.. They are saying to write the correct date on a letter however it can't be changed in their system.. They have cheated me as this issue can only happen when the car have been first sold to other customer however got declined or returned by the customer due to some reason.. This car should have gone back to honda company.. But they have sold the same car to me as a new one..
