Honda Cars India Ltd. — Cheating and bad service | |||||
Hi team, I want to report a case of cheating with me from one your honda showroom based at faridabad (Haryana)- delight honda On 24th of feb i have purchased one honda brio car (Vx) at from this showroom with a deal of exchange of my old maruti alto car in the name of saurabh chakravarty On 22nd of feb have handed over all the original documents and keys of my old alto car to the showroom representative and in return they assured me to issue the cheque of valued amount in next 2 days but after chasing for nearly more than a month now, i am yet to get the refund amount from the showroom. At every level of this organization they are committing a date of cheque issuance but nothing is happening. Had a talk with amandeep kaur, rohit (Branch head), pankaj lalit (Agm) but everyone is now pushing the case to one another. Also i have planned to buy another car for me on my anniversary which on 2nd of april but could not as the loan of my previous alto car is still open. All my planning has gone for a toss. One should change the name of this showroom from delight honda to painful honda. I am not able to believe this is how a mnc like honda operates. My rating to honda as a company will be 2 out of 10 Was this information helpful? | |||||
