Dear Sir I m Heamnt Raj, Residence of Jhansi. I was planning to buy new honda city so made Pre-Booking on 28feb by payng a sum of amount 40k at shree RamRaja cars, digara kanpur road, jhansi. They promised me to deliver me the car on 4 April. Then i made full payment of Rs1597680 on 22/3/17. Some days back sales person told me that the car arrived at showroom but today i.e On 3 April the self manager(i.e Mr. Shubham awasthi [protected]) is informing me that the car which i booked was sold to some other random customer & they can't deliver me it on 4th. Even they are not returning my money. Should i take any further action against the company & dealer? And i would never advice anyone to buy Honda cars. Hi i have complaint regarding delivery of test drive of Honda car.. I have booked test drive four times from Prestige Honda Patiala for WRV AND BRV.. Everytime either they were too late or they didnt bother to call back .. If we are facing this problem im getting concerned for after sale service.. Im planning to buy Hyundai Creta now
