General manager (Service) Courtesy honda (Workshop) D 196/ d 160, okhla phase 1, Near esic hospital, okhla, New delhi, delhi – 110020 Subject: complaint regarding poor service of honda wrv hr30r3244. Sir, This is dayanand poswal, manager (Procurement & warehouse) working in the department “the haryana state cooperative supply and marketing federation” of government of haryana. Sir on 30.05.2020 i visited your workshop courtesy honda for service of my honda wrv under registration no hr30r3244. After service i got the car on the same day by evening but i am deeply disappointed by the service provided by the workshop. Mentioned below are the serious faults left unattended:- 1. The battery terminal has corrosion (Photo attached) when i left the car at workshop before service. The service advisor was already advised to clear the corrosion from battery terminal but the same is not done and it is still present and may become dangerous at any time. If any loss will occur due to this corrosion, courtesy honda will be responsible straight. 2. It has also found that one screw/nuts of rear right side wheel has broken and dropped (Photo attached) from wheel which is a serious matter of safety and may cause unfortunate incident. It’s the high negligence of workshop that they didn’t repair and resolve it and also not informed me about this. 3. There is also a clear audible noise in front right side of wheel baring which can be easily heard while driving but the mechanics didn’t resolve the sound even after replacing the brake shoes of the same wheel. Sir while leaving the vehicle i told the service advisor that i am in a government job and working in the department of essential commodities in pandemic covid-19 i. E.in the procurement & supply of wheat due to which i had short of time to revisit so i advised him to do all the work peacefully and may take 2-3 days. But from the above scenario you can easily understand that they didn’t pay any attention to my vehicle and also left the car with all the serious risky faults which is very disappointing and un-expectable from honda services. I have been charged rs.12724/- (Copy attached) for this service which is unjustified. I am very much unsatisfied from the service for which i have paid that huge amount.
