My name is Aritra Basudev Talukdar and our family has been a loyal Honda buyer for ages. I had given my Tyre for warranty 2 weeks ago and Mr. Amit Salunke from Honda Pimpri section was my adviser. After i deposited the damaged tyre, i received no notification as to what is happening with my tyre. It was very frustrating that i required to inquire time and again from the adviser and the adviser himself doesn't care or cater to customer requests. Today, i.e, 23rd May 2017, i called up the adviser in the morning and asked him what needs to be done for the tyre. he said it will be done and i will be informed. A minute later something irked me and i called again and told my name and Vehicle number (MH14FS2651) and asked if he has any information as to what needs to be done. At that time, I realized that he did not even know his own customers and he was just making a fool of his customers giving false hopes of your work will be done. Hesitantly he asked what was it t that required to be done for me and that he is asking me after 2 weeks of me depositing my tyre to the dealer. And when i confronted him, he did not let me, the customer speak, neither did he listen to what i required to say and moreover was arrogant and stubborn enough to threaten me. When i asked for his superior's number he shouted on my face stating do what you want to do and cut the call on my face. I got angry and called again and shouted this time as to how dare he insult a customer when i was talking properly to him and asked for the superior's number, he again shouted and threatened as to do what you can do and cut the call on my face. I regret buying my honda from Deccan honda pimpri chinchwad. I will surely be putting this on my website as well as share on twitter/facebook too and have already started the procedure of suing the company in Consumer's court. It was a very insulting and humiliating experience as a customer. If the basic training for hospitality and client management is lacking in a person, he'she should never be offered a job in servicing industry. Was this information helpful? | |||
