Honda Cars India Ltd. — disappointment with courtesy honda service in panipat | |||
In last service of my car dated oct. 12th in courtesy honda panipat, the adviser called me up and told me that rear left shocker is not working and when i told him to replace it, he has told me that he will order the same as it is not available in stock. I have been chasing since then but didn't get any reply. I have called them few times and came to know that staff has been changed and they will get back to me and never got a call back. Today, i called their service manager and he has told me part is still not ordered and he is checking with other service center if that can be arranged. It is been 2 months now and my car is running with damaged shocker which is further damaging the tyre and other rear shocker. Please advise how will my problem get resolved and who is bear the expense of my second shocker as it looks like doing a problem. There are so many changes in courtesy honda panipat center that each time i need to speak to a new person. Services of courtesy honda panipat are getting poor each time i visit them. They even ask to me fill the feedback form after service before i check myself. I get annoyed with myself and keep asking "why i have bought honda car". I had the perception that honda car is giving best services which is totally wrong.
