Honda Cars India Ltd. — highly dissatisfied due to delay in parts supply from honda

My mobilio is with harmony honda dealer from last 5 days and they are saying delay is due to part not shipped from company. As a customer i expect company should fix some tat along with all the complaint that they receive. Customer should not suffer just because they have bought a car model which is not in offering now.
I purchased this car because of honda.. A respectable brand.
