I purchased above car from your dream honda - jivan jyot motors - surat on 11/05/2015 car reg no is gj05jl5493

Car has defective gear system and low average and very fragile and feeble color coating. Gears are so hard that it may cause accident.

I have lodged complaint about this defect since beginning and at the time of each of three services - but no response

Sometimes feel that i have been cheated and delivered a reconditioned car instead of brand new car

I have purchased new honda wrv 2 months back and this car suspension is not at all satisfactory. There is suspension noise. During 1st service problem was shown but they just checked it and said it is ok. But problem is as it is there is improvement. Same problem shown to other service center but it was not resolved.
Please attend this issue.
