I purchased honda city vcvt from ring road honda, connaught place, central delhi, delhi on 6th october 2019. At the time of delivery, the gps chip was not provided to me and they cited the reason o[censored]navailability. (Unexpected to hear this from honda at time of new car delivery).
Finally, it was provided to meet post 1 week but again while trying to insert it in the slot, the chip was not detected at the showroom itself. Immediately they changed to second one and after multiple attempts it was finally detected and they were relieved. But later on, it was not detecting most of the locations i searched in it.
As suggested by the dealer representative (Mr. Ravi kant) i removed the chip at the time of first service. Post service when i again inserted the chip the system is was not able to detect. I visited the showroom yesterday i. E 31st december but instead of trying to resolve the issue they clearly told me they cannot assist me with this in anyway. Once sold they cannot do anything about the chip.
Based on there behaviour i feel that this is a very common complaint they get from customers (Might be this chip thing is not successful) so without even looking into the issue they clearly say no to any support in this regard.
Is this what honda is giving after sales to customers? Also, last but not the least was shocked by the rude behaviour of the sales quality manager sarika malhotra at the ring road honda, connaught place, delhi yesterday. She told me go and complaint wherever i can.

Issue2: i purchased honda city vcvt from ring road honda, connaught place, central delhi, delhi on 6th october 2019. This was purchased with exchanging maruti alto handed over to them on 17th september with the dealer. Car no. Ch03u0998 with the condition that the dealer with get the transfer done.
At the time of delivery, i was told that i might need to visit chandigarh for a few signatures for the transfer. Since getting the car transferred from my name is very important as i am liable for all challans and any other mishappening till the car is in my name, i followed with them for 2 months and finally they told me that i need to visit to which i agreed and visited on 28th december 2019 at the chandigarh sector 17 authority. Mr. Gurpreet who is taking care of resale at ring road honda, cp, delhi told me that i need to visit authority for 5 mins (One signature and physical presence in front of rto officer) as they have the agent who has done everything else. I was told to positively reach by 9 but unfortunately the agent came at 10:30 after at least 10 calls (Can share call log if required). Post that nothing was in place, i had to get the affidavit corrected. Additionally, another affidavit in the name of buyer. All this continued for 3 hours and after moving between multiple windows i got it done post meeting officers. Nothing was planned by the agent. When i told mr. Gurpreet/ mr. Ravi kant, i was told that you know these agents are like this only.
Really surprised by this behaviour of the showroom staff. Also, would like to mention that i was paid 10k less for my car as they initially told me that they will get the transfer done and since the car is chandigarh registered it will involve additional expenses. To safe myself time and effort i agreed to it but unfortunately, i suffered.

Respected sir,
It is summited that GM of classic honda is not responding properly about anything even he don't know how to talk with the customers he always use filthy language to the customers.
