I would like to bring to your notice the problems faced due to your dishonest service centre in Varanasi. Let me itemise the full story which is forcing me to write this mail:
I would like to bring to your notice that I had contacted “Hans Honda” (Pama Complex, Shivdaspur Road, Opposite Vishal Hero, Shivdaspur, Lahartara, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221013) one month before because my door window glass was not working properly as there was some problem with up-down mechanism. I met Service Manager, Mr. Ranjeet of your service centre Hans Honda, Varanasi. He told me that some of the part is need to be replaced which is not available at the moment. As soon as he will get the parts, he will inform me.
After a month, i got a call from him that the parts are available now. Then I sent my driver for replacement of the part. Mr. Ranjeet claimed that the expenses won’t come under warranty and i have to pay for it. Even when i have already paid for the extended warranty what was that other expenses? When i asked him for the same he said that i have to pay for it and it won’t come under warranty. I asked him to give me a written receipt for the same. He refused to give me any written receipt. Then i told him that i will contact customer care and complain about the issue. He asked me for some time and let me wait for an hour. And after that he serviced the motor which was not working without actually replacing the part. Then he said that motor is working now and it don’t need to get replace now.
This was something which i didn’t understand. Are they making fool of us? I came across so many problems with Hans Honda but today i m complaining because its going over my head now. I am very disappointed by the laid back attitude of your service centre. Hans Honda is tarnishing Honda's image severely, and even though I like the car and the brand, but due to such pathetic service, I don't think I'll be recommending Honda to anybody if it continues in the same way.
I request you to take appropriate action against Hans Honda at the earliest. I hope to get justice. Awaiting your reply. Thanking you in anticipation.
