I purchased honda city zx 2017 model im sep, 17 and it’s digpad starte giving problems in initial moths which I raised with dealer. They hard reset it and confirmed these issues won’t repeat. however, I’m still facing major DigiPad issues. On connecting to phone many times, the DigiPad stops responding and it doesn’t recognize the device. It doesn’t respond back and to bring it back, the engine is to be turned off and turned on back again. The concerned service team wasn’t able to help it. The service team tried a hard reset, yet the issue continued. It is becoming impossible to use navigation and I need to stop the car and then turn off and turn on engine to make it normal. And also the system is very slow in response and this is the least I expected from Honda Car. After buying the premium car, facing such issues, Digipad quality is inferior, ages old software has been used in it and no software update has been there which I was told while booking the car that on every service there would be software updates. Phone link and HDMI DO NOT work. Car play don’t work with it which is minimum need today. Map - sick, min requirement is google map which gets updated on regular.
