[Resolved] Honda Cars India Ltd. — honda connect renewal & transfer issue 1486d0384 | |||
Purchased honda connect device with no 1486d0384 which was having annual subscription for honda city which met with an accident in apr 2017 and then later it was declared as total loss. After that in dec 2017 i purchased new honda city. However subscription was terminated during this time. When asked magnum honda kanakapura road sales focal first he indicated that this device is not transferable to other honda cars. Later second time when asked looks like its transferable which i saw in internet, he said, yes its feasible but i need to Contact honda customer care. Contacted honda customer care over phone, they asked me again contact the honda dealer! This clearly shows there is no clarity on process to be followed or how to use it among themselves. When i visited the magnum honda again, i was told to give a cheque for rs 289 and then it needs to be sent to minda gurgaon for sim change! I dont understand why such lack of clarity and ridiculous process to be followed? Is it user friendly? Is it really worth in this digital world? I am not convinced that a honda customer need to buy this also..! The kind of lack of awareness seems to be never ending or sales team just want to sell more products to make money!
