Honda Cars India Ltd. — i'm complaining about the senior service supervisor (kommana veerabhadra rao) has not responding and gives irregular answering

Problem raise due to i'm going to servicing my car in rajamundry and my car having some issue due to car parts but senior service supervisor (Kommana veerabadra rao) said w'r ordering a parts but u have to pay some advance then parts will be coming in a week after 12 days we called him and he gives irregular answer now he said again after 12 days call back to me then he said parts are come or not come. He is not having any responsibility of a customers
