Honda Cars India Ltd. — insurance for my honda car is incorrect | |||
I purchased honda city dl 7cq 1903 (I-vtech) on 30 dec 2017 from crown honda, noida. The hard copy of the insurance provided to me by the dealer is valid from 30 dec 2017 until 29 dec 2018 midnight. Now crown honda’s insurance team has dropped me a letter confirming that my insurance will get lapse on 29 nov 2018 instead of 29 dec 2018 which is a mismatch and is not correct as my car was invoiced in dec 2017 only. Could you please help me with the issue in mismatch of the dates in hard copy of insurance provided to me with the soft copy of the dealer. I want this issue to be resolved on an urgent basis. Otherwise i will take a strict action on this. I am attaching the details of the hard copy of the insurance provided by dealer at the time of purchase as well as the insurance copy they are sending me. I am also attaching invoice copy of the car to this message. Also my communication id generated in honda121 for the above matter is 1-[protected]. Awaiting for ur quick response. I have buyed new amaze in month of June 18, in first service I said about engine sound. They said rectified but till now I am facing same problem.
