Good morning, I bought a new honda city car (1.5 vmt) from palace honda pvt ltd ; kayamkulam; kerala, on dec -2017 and as per company profile car should be serviced after month. But till now there is no follow up from the showroom service department. Since 13 yrs i am using car and i never ever experienced such type of service from any showroom.
