The director[protected] Honda cars india ltd. Dear sir, I regret to inform you that i am completely unsatisfied on your service. Your service centre is completely failure on repairing my new car on a time span of one month. I have purchased the brv amt car from b d automobiles pvt ltd. At nh 6, salap, howrah -711403 on 29.09.2016, which was delivered to me on 29.10.2016. On sept 22nd, 2017 my car suddenly got breakdown. At your service centre it was spoken that the oil filter has to be replaced as at the time of last fueling my car there may be some mixing of water in oil tank, for which it was happen. I agreed with it, but till now it hasn't been replaced by your personnel. I am a businessman and very tightly scheduled person. The car is very much needed for my business and it makes huge monetary loss to myself. One month has been passed, till your personnel can't be able to predict any specific date on returning my car which is at your service centre now till 22.9.17. As per him the oil filter is to be replaced from korea... But till now he hasn't find it. Honda is a class i renowned company, but if we have such a service from you how can i depend upon you in future. I need immediate replacement of my oil filter and resume my car service. My car details are as follows: Brv 1.5 v cvt (I-vtec) Chasis no: makdg183hg4001315, engine no: l15z13104817 Please treat the matter as most urgent.
