Honda Cars India Ltd. — not providing proper service of my vehicle.

Dear sir
Good morning.
I have purchased a city-1.5 vmt from your esteemed brand during 2nd dec-2010 and my vehicle no is or-02-bk-8353 and thereafter i availed number of regular check up/services in due course for my vehicle in higway honda, bhubaneswar, odisha.
However very unfortunate to inform you that during my servicing of vehicle or-02-bk-8353 (Found following unnatural defects in service)
1- cleaning:- not spray a single drop of water in the body of my vehicle.
2- car vibrating when stering roated at 70/kms ph.
Sir you can verify history sheet of my vehicle out of your some valuable time.
Thereafter though informed to their service head (Highway honda) by phone they never care to give the proper service. They are only interested to change the parts of vehicle but now not interested to give any service.

In view of the above as a customer i forced to communicate the facts to your good office to solve the issue and give instruction to your any service provider other than this highway honda situated at bhubaneswar, odisha.

Presently highway honda not providing proer service of vehicle rather damaging the vehicle of the customers.
