Honda Cars India Ltd. — refund of extra money deducted from my account out of negligence | |||||
I am really unhappy to forward you that your customer service is not just bad but worst and it's not even a week before I bought a Honda car and I regret purely based on ur service It was a mistake of your part to deduct a amount of 15000 from my account when the amount was only 1500 .. after I complain none of the officer could help me to provide a feedback on how long it will take to get back my own money It was expected you should have given my money back within 24 hours time which also I think a lot since it was a mistake from your part . It's been already more than 48 hours now I don't even receive a proper feedback I[censored] can kindly get back to me asap or else I have no other option than complaining to higher authority.
