Honda Cars India Ltd. — Refuse to take car by excusing scanner printer not available | |||
I have visited prime honda vaishali on 3 july 2017 at 4pm for car scanning, there was misfiring in engine. I was attended by the mr mahesh exceutive he told me that our car scanner printer is not working as it was 4.40 when he told me this, at it was time to close down the car submission they made a excuse for it, i think prime honda is a renowned n big service centre among all other service centre, i always prefer n recommend my friend circle for honda cars as they are low maintenance car, reliable n good service. When i called on the one 2 one telephone number she said 'sir hosakta ha printer kharab mein kya kare sakti hu' this type of reply from a honda never expected that. I recieved a call from abhay too. I'm attaching the job card number n gate pass where mahesh has signed n written the excuse... He might thought gate pass will be submitted at the gate n i will not get any proof of what he has written. Please do the needful otherwise i will take it to the social media n higher level.
