R sir, I am very sorry to right this that I have purchased Honda City V ivtec car from your authorised dealer lally automobiles pvt ltd industrial Area phase 1 Chandigarh on 24th July 2018. 1.The dealer person who sold the car has not informed me regarging NCB of Insurance. 2.Secondaly when i checked the invoice there is some error which i immediately informed them & they accepted it & assures me to give me correct invoice, but till date no response grom their side inspite my regular follow up . 3. I have also called your customer care helpline but all is in vain. So sir kindly resolve above said Asap. Otherwise I have take another way to get the things done.
