Honda Cars India Ltd. — regarding the complaint of honda wrv | |||
Sir, I prashant vaidya, had purchased a honda wrv (Mh 31 fe 193) from your dealer aryodya amraoti road, nagpur in the month of august 2018. That from the date of purchase of the car i am facing problem in blue tooth connectivity of the car and i am an not in a position to make calls from the system of the car. That i had made several complaints regarding the non-working of the system of the car to the above mentioned dealer at nagpur. However they could not rectify the problem. I was told that some one was deputed from delhi to rectify the problem. He also tried to solve the problem, he got the system changed, however the problem could not be rectified. That the dealer at nagpur also had given me writting the problem could not be rectified. That recently i visited the delership however they told that, they are not in a position to resolve the problem. That prior to this also i had sent several emails to the company but none has been replied. Kindly guide me as to what should i do, in this situation.
