Honda Cars India Ltd. — replacement of part - keyless access system indicator | |||
I am a proud owner of honda city car, model vx (Optional) petrol version, registration number: hr20ag 4487. It was purchased on 31/05/2019 from honda authorized dealer, joy honda, ashwani cars pvt ltd, hisar. The yellow light of keyless access system indicator flashed in the month of april 2019, and soon i went to joy honda on 19/04/2019 for rectification. On my arrival it was informed that the vehicle will be scanned for confirmation of fault and charges were told to me. I asked them to do whatever they want to do but atleast assure that the part is available in the stock before going for scanning. After about one hour they charged rs 425/- from me and send me back without changing the part due to non availability of part in their stock. They assured me that part will be available by wednesday (24/04/19) and they will call me for replacement. Earlier the yellow light of keyless access system indicator was flashing occasionally but now it is flashing continuously after ignition during driving. The service centre is not informing/ responding even my continuous calling them regularly. Kindly look into the matter and instruct the service centre (Joy honda) to do the needful at the earliest.
