My car honda jazz mh02ek6282 purchased on 16feb 2017 is serviced by linkway honda mumbai. My first service was done on 28/03/2016 at 361 kms and second service on 02/08/2017 at 2064 kms. Only two services were done and no third service was done. I was out of india from sept to dec 2017. I was shocked to receive a call from the linkway honda that my next 'paid' service was due as my car was serviced three times. On inspection of my book i found that during the second service they tore off the third service page, without rendering the second service. This amounts to cheating and fraud. Besides this i had several other issues with them which remained unresolved till dates follows: 1. During first service my gps chip went missing and despite my complaint they did nothing.2. There was metallic noise on left side under dash board which has not been corrected.3. While putting seat cover they concealed the rear seat belts making it life hazard.
