Honda Cars India Ltd. — tn13 e 2815 honda amaze, dashboard ac window broken | |||
I have given vehicle for service this month beginning this has been picked up and dropped by sundaram honda, driver after service on the same day. Later after 4 days i have taken the car i found the dash board ac window got broken, there is a system followed by sundaram they will call and ask for the feedback it happened after 6 days i have shouted they have not responded, after 6 days again feedback call came they have acknowledged and taken the car back, now service centre is saying it was not happened at their end, i am not willing to buy their argument, in 2 and half year this was my 5th service with same had been picked up and dropped. I did not understand really there is a argument between us if this going to continue i need to escalate to next level of legal actions, Was this information helpful? | |||
