I have purchased a WRV car from Bhalla Automobiles Pvt Ltd, vibrant Honda, ALIGARH no UP81BV8548, ENG NO N15A15022544 . My car has run about 5000 km.The tyre of car is defective and dealer has issued a letter to the local Tyre dealer for change of Tyre but he refused to change it and advised that the Tyre would be change by the car dealer himself.Vibrant Honda has sent the claim to the company by taking photo of Tyre and car, but no details of claim is given to us.I am attaching the scan copy of letter issued by vibrant Honda to local car dealer .
