Hello, I have raised my concern in https://consumerhelpline.gov.in on 5th may 2019 but still now there is no action on it. Grievance number: 1299508 Brief summary: First time, i visited whitefield honda showroom, bangalore for parts replacement and some parts repainting. New parts are aligned due to manufacture defect and painting is really unprofessional with dust and bubbles. When i complained about same, they agreed to repaint once again and asked me to bring car once again to showroom. Second time when i visited i had to spend whole day in showroom to monitor work. They repainted same parts once again but i'm not that much satisfied. New parts alignment they couldn't rectify because it has manufacture defect and manger is not agreed for that and behaved in unethical manner. So i had no other option apart from getting my vehicle from showroom without doing all the work. Will be appreciated at-least if you can look into issue and let me know whether it can resolved or not in the scope. Thank you, Was this information helpful? | |||||
