Honda Cars India Ltd. — worst service centre experience | |||
I own honda car of jazz model. My third service was due on 7th april and i got call on 6th april from service centre stating my car will be taken for service. I said ok and car was taken as per agreed schedule. But after reaching serve centre, a service person called and said billing of rs. 3800/- will be charged as third service becomes chargeable for certain services. I was not informed when service appointment was fixed the previous day. When i enquired about this to service person the way he responded was lathargic and irritating. There was no responsible reply given to me. When i agreed to cancel service and return the car, he said he will return next day only. Which was atrocious. The no longer treated as honda customer and behaved and as if i am at their mercy. Never ever expected such pathetic service from honda. I am Mrs. Sandhya Ramesh Mokal, i want to complaint against authorised dealer, Bhavna Autowheels pvt ltd. (Navi Mumbai, Nerul). Staff starting miss behave wen we asking about ur not washing properly, my new activa purchase on dt. 21/06/2018. And we try to complain about staff to dealer of the showroom he also refuse us. Need Help
