[Resolved]  Honda Cbr250r — Complain for CBR250R

Dear Sir, I have made several complains regarding the display meter and fuel pump not working in my bike but I am not getting any responds from the Honda customer care department. My bike had only drive 2800 K.M an it's fuel pump goes bad. Even with the display meter when I talk to Chakradhar Service Department Adajan, Surat they told me that CBR250R had a problem with it's display meter in a lot of year 2011. When I try to confirm this with the Honda customer service area manager Mr. Milan, he told me that it is writing in your Honda manual that Company can sell the defective part to its customer and if they don't complain during the warrant period then company is not liable for it. When I ask Mr. Milan, the Area manager of Surat to give me this statement in writing he refuse to do so. He also told me that he will look in to the matters but its over a month and I have not get anything phone calls or email from him and my bike is still not fixed. I even try to get his contact number so i can talk in the regarding matter but the customer service desk deny me his contact number and told me he will give u a call but I have not get any call back from him yet. heating problem in traffic

heating problem in traffic .....burning smell... ..engine gets stops most of the time....service centre could not solve the problem... even after the bike has visited 2 times in service centre....
