On December 10th 2021 I have bought a brand new Honda wrv from Honda showroom at Adichira, Kottayam, Kerala, India .I bought this vehicle with a lot of expectations. It was the trust of honda that inspired the purchase of this vehicle. But you have showed me that all those expectations was wrong.
Within just 20 days I faced a very disturbing problem with my brand new wrv.I am really disappointed and cheated by the Honda staff(Adichira, Kottayam, Kerala) dealt with the problems faced by my brand new Honda wrv.
After the first service, when we turn the steering wheel to the left a noise is coming. I have raised the issue with the honda showroom and took the car to the honda showroom at Adichira, Kottayam for more than 5 times. Every time I bought the car to honda showroom they promised me that they will rectify the problem. But they haven't solved the problem yet. Since they couldnt solve the noice issue now the staff of honda showroom are saying to me that it's operational noice which every wrv has. It's really disappointng to get such an irresponsible response from a company like yours. I am really very disappointed by the way a honda treats its customers and there genuine problems.
I will never recommend a honda car to any one in my life and give 0 out of 10 for honda cars and its service. Never buy a Honda car. Was this information helpful? |
