Honda City Car — excessive charges and abnormal delay in delivery

Car no wb 06d 2622. (Honda city) car met with an accident where the rear portion was severely damaged. Car was given to pinnacle honda for repair. I am narrating below my horrifying experience:
The job card was prepared on 09.03.2018 and survey done on 13.03.2018. An exhorbitantly high estimate was given initially rs 3.60 l and later rs 3.40l. I was given to understand by mr. Santanu that insurance company has approved a compensation of rs 2.05, right or wrong no idea. Then i got a mail from them i should bear a cost of rs 1.20 l (On record) and verbally they asked me to pay at least rs 0.50l or else they cannot start the repair work. I paid 0.50l on 31.03. I met mr. Santanu who assured the spares will reach them by 02.04 and by another 10 days the car will be ready. To my surprise i came to know from mr. Mainuddin on 12.04 that spares were not available and will come on 14.04. He said spares have come but not sure when car can be delivered. He only told me mr. Santanu is in leave. Under this circumstances it is difficult for me to trust honda anymore with such inefficient managers who are not even trustworthy. Can you help?
