Honda — Faulty display - warranty expired lockdown | |
Hi... We have been facing issue with our HONDA CITY CAR DISPLAY for more than 1.5 years during our last service on 2020. When I have my car to service the display touch was not working from that. While taking my car for delivery I forgot to bring my chip so they told me touch is not working because chip not inserted ( car was on warranty that time ) I took the car home and after that lockdown came so o was not able to visit workshop until now.. now when I enquired them about display problem they told me it will cost 60, 000 and warranty is expired so can't be claimed ...they are now using lockdown reason for all. My car has drove only 9000 km and I have spent more than 10 k for each service ..but even for faulty parts they are not doing anything just making us skip warranty by any means and will let you down... pathetic service I won't prefer Honda car anymore ..won't refer for anyone too..I had lost hope on that company.
