Honda — Harassments to customer | |||
Sir, I purchased Honda amaze car in July 2019 from Pinkcity Honda, Jaipur with Regd No RJ45CM2079 and following is informed:- 1. I got it serviced at Tristar Honda, Jaipur-KM reading actual was 2951 but it was recoded at 4951-I was kept in dark about it. 2. Today KM reading while sending the car for service is 3182. 3. Car was always giving trouble in starting and I got battery charged 3 times considering that it was not run regularly because of Covid. 4. Yesterday gave a call to Tristar Honda about this than it was told that Road side assistance charges of Rs. 500/+GST will be charged and was never informed earlier about the manufacturing defect in fuel pump- which caused me lot of harassment and wastage of money. 5. Today gentleman came with new fuel pump and replaced it and was asking money for road side assistance charges which I disagreed to pay and conveyed that it is company's fault. 6. Today my vehicle has been sent for servicing. 7. Since last March my car could not be used much because of restrictions to me-morbidity conditions. Kindly look into both the issues which caused me lot of harassment- had company would have been pro-customer this money and harassment could have been saved.
