Honda — Honda WRV / Audio System Failure / 8 month Delayed for replacement | |||
Issue: I reported the audio malfunction issue on Jan'21 at Kapico-Chennai Ambattur service center on Jan'21. Post all the investigation the team confirmed that they will replace the audio system with the new one considering the warranty period and a token was issued. Token No: J9912 dated 8th Jan 2021 Trouble Faced by us: - We are driving the car without the audio-system for the past eight months - My Dad who is about 74 years old Senior Advocate at Madras High Court drives the car and has faced discomfort while taking the reverse due to Audio display failure or stuck sometimes. - We are unable to connect to the mobile using Bluetooth. - In spite of several follow-ups at the service center, there is no proper response who can consider the criticality of this issue. Our Experience: This is the worst ever service experience we had faced with Olympia Honda service center. Selling a very low standard Audio system in the car. No Commitment to the customer. Dont-care attitude by the management.. I will certainly not recommend the Honda brand to anyone in the future. Was this information helpful? | |||
