Honda — Honda - WRV / Digipad not working | |||
Brought WRV ( Vehicle Number : TN 73 Q0585 ) top end in January 12th 2018. DIGIPAD stopped working in few months. Even after rising so many complains it wasnt replaced.When we gave car for Body Shop work they carelessly put dent and pretend that they didnt do it. After Checking the CCTV camera they accepted their mistake. Never Expected such a worst behaviour from this company. They failed to finish the roof work properly and water started leaking from the sunroof when it is closed. They didnt accept this as usual. I had to pay for their mistake. And The Digipad was supposed to be compensated with Digipad 2.0 for their Next to Next Mistakes. Till today no response from the appropriate person. And suddenly they say that Digipad 2.0 is only for certain customers. What are they seeing to as certain customers. No proper response, No proper service Was this information helpful? | |||
