Honda International Headquarters — vehicle not received as ordered

Hello,

I bought a crv es last month in cyprus. It was ordered in the se edition with tinted windows, roof rails and new black rims.

Due to an order mistake, as i was told, it arrived without these 3 characteristics. Unfortunately i made a mistake and fully paid without seeing the car as i didn't see this coming.

I was told to keep the car and that all these extras will be added to the car once received. However, the windows will be tinted in cyprus with a membrane and cannot be fully restored as the vehicle would had been received if ordered correctly. This was not disclosed to me from the beginning as i thought that the car would had been as received.

As you can understand, i paid for something not received as ordered. My question is what are you willing to do to redeem the mistake as it can obviously not be fully corrected anymore.
