Honda — need replacement of my honda amaze car with a new one. | |||
Dear sir, I need your kind attention that i have purchased a honda amaze car in the month of june 2020 from highway honda, bhubaneswar. But after 10 days of my purchase of the car, i found a major problem in engine as the dpf indicator is glowing continuously. I have raised a complaint in honda india. Complaint communication id:-1-[protected] Then the technical team replaced the parts but that won't solve the problem. The issue again reappeared for two more times. Now for the third time again they have changed the parts but the technical team of honda india are not sure about their resolution. Still now the technical representatives from honda india and highway honda workshop team are not able to diagnose the issue properly but changed parts for the third time. In this connection we are worried that how many times they will change the parts? I am not getting any commitment from anyone of honda india that the issue will not reappear in future. Also i am really confused whether the team diagnoses the problem properly or not? And how many times are they going to replace that part? I feel so much risk in driving with this defective vehicle as i faced the same issue for the third time within one month of purchase. I am mentally and physically harassed by these people from honda india and highway honda workshop team and i didn't get any satisfactory result. It's my sincere request to replace my vehicle with a new one as soon as possible. Request for your help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
