Honda — Replacement part unavailable since 6 months | |
I purchased Honda City Car (DL4CAY2342)in July 2018. The touchscreen of the dashboard is malfunctioning. A request was raised for replacement of touch screen nearly six months ago. The token number raised for the complaint at Honda Customer Care is D8427. The Honda Service Station in Motinagar Delhi had said that the replacement of the faulty touchscreen under warranty would be done by March 2021. However, now they are saying that they have no estimated time frame for replacement. This has caused extreme inconvenience. Also, i am paying instalments every month for the loan raised to purchase vehicle, but unable to use the vehicle with satisfaction. Who will bear the cost? This is extremely unprofessional work from Honda Service Station. I expect immediate resolution of the problem (Token No. D8427).
