[Resolved] Honesty Net Solutions — previous broadband complaint not yet resolved.

Our net was not working since morning. We contacted honesty net and they said they will resolve the issue. However there is no solution. They do not provide any correct reply. Their excuse for the past 8 months. I thought honesty net solution want to consumer who donate monthly bill. Request you to refund of the entire amount for poor honesty net service. My self Santosh Parab is residing at B 205 Poonam CHS Opp Cosmos School Janta Market Bhandup west.

Since last 4 days internet access is not available. I have tried over phone. But in vain.

Kindly resolve the issue. Hence case is on portal.
