My hsbc credit card no [protected] expired on august 2016. hsbc send me statement for primary card membership fee rs. 804.90. last two year i havent use hsbc card. hsbc threaten me to make payment timely otherwise your name will be include in default list & will report me to "credit information bureau (india) limited (cibil) my email - [protected]@yahoo.com Please let me know the procedure for cancellation.
