Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation [Hsbc] — credit card closure

Hai,

I have paid all dues of HSBC credit card in 2008 and haven't used the card .after that.
But still the bank people are showing as due and shown it as written off.
For getting home loan .I am now ready to pay the outstanding .
In March they the told 13000/-.even then I paid 5000/-and asked for final payment outstanding.
Now they are telling 21000/- still has to be paid.
