I am a customer with HSBC since 2015 and i am deeply disappointed with the quality of service they provide. I am having personal loan with HSBC and every time i face difficulty with this account. Initially after the disbursement it took them 4 months to solve the auto debit issue. Now i am requesting for a foreclosure letter since i am in need of some top-up and again i am stuck with them. Just for a soft copy of the letter they have already taken 6 days and when i asked them to send it on my registered email id when it is generated, now they are saying that we wont be sending them on email ids but when i was talking to the representative yesterday he said that i have got the approvals and i will be sending you on your email ID.

Please help!
