Hello, We have not received NEFT from HSBC bank into our Axis account no. [protected] .The payment remitter is amazon (which remits payments to its sellers through HSBC).The payment was disbursed on 19.03.2017 & its been 18 days already & we have NOT received our payment yet. I had contacted amazon and they said that the transfer is complete from their end and they gave me the following details : *Disbursement ID: [protected] *Trace ID: 101621F0000AGD* *Signature ID also known as **(Refund Reference ID) - [protected]* *Disbursement Amount: 28270.68 INR* Kindly resolve the matter please.
