I have sent SMS to575750 requesting YCCPIN on[protected]. Till date I did not receive the same. I am unable to use my card. Either you arrange to send me fresh pin or cancel my card. All the branches of HSBC in this town (VISAKHAPATNAM-AP) are closed and there is nobody to help in this regard
