The below last complaint is posted on various portals;

i am planning to write the same on international blogs also..

if not helped on the same..

i want thorough investigations on wht the transactions despite entering correct card details are declined.

CEO of hsbc, yours is most disgusting the worst credit card in world; almost 50% of your payments decline due to mismatch in OTP and your systems are so inefficient transaction fail; today : on 30th Dec my 2 transaction with card no : failed due to poor systems of HSBC;

last month i reported atleast 6 matters where your card failed while shopping with flipkart..

and other standard chartered cards worked perfectly fine;;; i do not think it si fault of amazon or flipkart;; this si surely and completely due to poor and 3 rd class systems of hsbc;;

your customer care is pathetic;; though it needs to abused and disrespected all the time;

It si such a a pain to use HSBC CREDIT CARD_-World worst bank.
