[Resolved] Hopscotch.in — payment refund | |
Hi team, I have placed the order on 25th sep'2018 and i have cancelled the same on 25th sep'18. So i have not received the refund yet and it been more than 15 days now. On you portal, it is showing that refunds take 5 to 3 business days and it is more than 15 days. So could you please let me know when i will get my money. I have been following up via e-mail ([protected]@hopscotch.in) and i have not received their single e-mail or call and they have not provided any update on payment refunds. Verified Support Oct 16, 2018 HopScotch.in Customer Care's response Hi, please share your order details/registered contact details with us so we can get it checked. Also, would like to inform you that you can call us on [protected] from Monday to Saturday between 9 AM to 6 PM.
