[Resolved] Horlicks — Damaged refill pack of Horlicks | |||
Dear Sir, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I had purchased four Horlick refill pack (2 chocolate 2 plain) from Food Bazaar at Hub mall, Goregaon East Mumbai, as I do every month along with my other groceries. On opening one of the plain Horlick refill pack I found the refill pack was torn from the side &the contents (Horlicks Powder) from inside was stuck to the walls of the box. There was lot of spillage & wastage. On 4th of April I went back to Food Bazaar requesting for a change of refill pack. The person in charge said he could not help me as I did not have the purchase receipt. I told him that I was a regular customer at this store & he could check my card no: 9401 1538 1484 6500. He did not entertain my request at all. He only took my mobile no & said they would contact me, which they did not do till now. I am surprised at this attitude as I am a regular customer of this store since 2009 The cost of this refill pack is Rs. 334 -/- which is very steep for me to take this loss. I would like to sort this issue at the earliest & follow up with the concerned suppliers for a new refill pack Thanks & regards Fabian D'Costa Was this information helpful? | |||
