Horlicks India — Horlicks Classic Malt quality & taste
I have purchased three 500g Horlicks classic malt from CSD canteen sulur (Batch No. 200318DC.PA) and I felt taste difference in the first pack and tried the next one which also resulted in same problem. So I have not opened the third pack. I raised this issue with Hindustan Unilever Ltd in Aug 2020 and they agreed for replacement of the defective products. Further, despite several reminders there was poor response and stating reasons like COVID lockdown etc (could not attached Mail communications since PDF formats not accepted for upload). Till now the product has not been replaced. I had a very worst experience with the Horlicks being a regular use of the said product for more than 20 years. Now I stopped the using of the product and still waiting for the product to be replaced. Now I no more require the product and need the money back with compensation owing to the distress I have faced. Request for a favourable action. Thanks
